Eric Alston

Eric Alston, a proud Bronx, New York native, attended Iona University where he earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration in Marketing. In addition, Mr. Alston holds an Advanced Certificate in Sports & Entertainment.

With over 13 years of diverse operations experience, Mr. Alston has consistently demonstrated expertise in developing innovative operational systems, driving organizational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to meet and exceed performance goals.

As VP of Operations, Mr. Alston has direct oversight of all facility operations within the HSNY portfolio and will continue to implement protocols and procedures to ensure that all sites are operating according to all State and City Agency standards, that includes OTDA, DHS and HRA. He is excited to continuously bring exceptional problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage shifting priorities to serve HSNY’s clients, staff and stakeholders.
