The HSNY JUST Health (Jobs Undeniably Secure and Transcend) Program is a comprehensive employment initiative designed to help people living with HIV (PLWHA) secure and maintain meaningful employment. Grounded in justice and equity, JUST Health offers job training, employment opportunities, and retention incentives for 100 participants receiving services through HSNY's Emergency Housing Program (EHP). The program provides essential support services that helps PLWH achieve greater stability, move out of emergency housing, and experience improved health and wellness beyond viral suppression, leading to a higher quality of life.
