JUST Health

Program Overview

The JUST Health (Jobs Undeniably Secure and Transcend) Employment Initiative is a comprehensive workforce pathway designed to assist people living with HIV in gaining meaningful employment and long-term stability. Grounded in justice and equity, the program recognizes that employment is directly related to our clients’ health and housing status.

JUST Health provides job training, employment opportunities, and retention incentives for clients receiving services through HSNY’s Emergency Housing Program. By supporting economic stability alongside health and housing needs, the initiative helps clients move beyond crisis toward independence and improved quality of life.
